IS THE CREW PROPERLY TRAINED AND EXPERIENCED? Every shipper using Bagby's Advantage Service will have the same driver and helpers from start to finish. No casual labor is hired. The crew is your personal crew and the success of your move is their total concern and their full time livelihood. IS THE EQUIPMENT SAFE AND CLEAN? All equipment used by Bagby Transfer Company in Advantage Service is owned and maintained by Bagby Transfer Company. This same equipment is exclusively assigned to a crew. They care, and part of showing how much they care is the manner in which they keep their equipment. ARE THE SCHEDULES PROMISED TO THE SHIPPER REALLY MET? Every shipper using Bagby's Advantage Service has priority use of a van. All packing, loading, and delivery dates and times will be strictly met. With Bagby's Advantage Service 9 AM on the 23rd means between 8 AM and 11 AM on the 23rd. Most often it means 9 AM. Some leeway is allowed for traffic. In the event of any delays beyond the driver's control, the shipper will be contacted as soon as possible and other provisions made. This is highly unusual.
